Regression Therapy

regression therapy

Regression therapy is technique that heals all aspects of our lives far beyond.  This is sacred form of therapy with a goal – healing, understanding why some things happen to us or are not happening in this life, why we are connected to other people in this life and what we learn from these relationships and the realization of our life purpose, soul purpose and awakening of talents.

Regression therapy, traveling back in time to renew memories and explore events from the past is a truly deeply transformative process. All our experiences from birth and earlier are stored in our body, mind and soul. During regression therapy, we return to childhood, the time when we were in our mother’s womb and past lives. We discover patterns, contracts, agreements, perceptions, beliefs, and strategies that are formed, on a subconscious or soul level, as a result of what happened in this or a past life and even a life between lives. Time travel through this type of regression therapy brings new perspectives and healing in a way that rarely any other therapy can. Through deep relaxation, the door is opened to memories and higher wisdom. As an objective observer, we are able to see, feel, hear or experience in some way acceptable to us events from the past that have contributed to today’s situation. Memories stored in the subconscious, body and soul become accessible and can be explored through deep regression therapy

There are several types of regression:

  • Age regression (going back to earlier moments in this life)
  • Inner child regression
  • Regression into the uterus
  • Regression into past lives
  • Regression into life between lives

Sometimes we go into childhood, or into the period between conception and birth, sometimes into a past life, and sometimes into a few past lives. In regression therapy, the client’s subconscious and soul decide where to look for answers first. Sometimes all steps of the methodology are followed (through childhood, mother’s womb to past lives) but sometimes first healing is needed in childhood or in the period between conception and birth and sometimes the client directly slips into one of past lives that brings answers and solutions to current problems.

The client and the therapist constantly cooperate – before the regression when agreeing on the goal of therapy, during the regression to help the client get the information and memories he needs and after the regression to help the client summarize everything that happened during therapy.

During the regression, the client is fully aware of his environment, during the therapy the therapist and the client talk and the client is under control all the time and after the therapy he remembers everything that happened. In addition, each therapy can be recorded if the client wishes.
